She Leads Tech

SheLeadsTech (SLT) is the diversity programme of ISACA HQ, a non-profit organisation. SLT Singapore was pioneered on 8 March 2019, championed by Jenny Tan (Vice-President of ISACA SG Chapter). While SLT Singapore embraces the ISACA HQ’s SLT Programme and Values, rather than just focusing on gender diversity, SLT Singapore is localized to embrace and promote Female Self-Leadership as well as Community inclusion.

Vision & Mission

Raising Awareness

ISACA believes it is crucial for the tech industry to solve the underrepresentation of women in the workforce. Our global reach of engaged professionals provides ISACA with a unique position to effect change as we address the deficit in gender diversity.

SLT Singapore encourages females to:

  • Take pride in their roles in the tech space regardless of job ranks; and
  • Be familiar and confident to switch from non-tech to tech roles.

Be ISACA SG Sheleadstech Ambassador!

SheLeadsTech’s Ambassador initiative is a volunteer role that seeks to engage women in tech… and those who support women in tech. The program is for our advocates, male allies, sponsors and mentors. Ambassadors (can be ISACA SG member or non-member residing in SG) commit to:
  • Support SheLeadsTech’s Mission to Increase the Representation of Women in Technology Leadership Roles and the Tech Workforce.
  • Act as a sponsor for women in the workplace.
  • Advocate for diverse hiring practices.
  • Be aware of one’s own biases.
  • Mentor and be mentored by women.
  • Keep others accountable for their words and actions.
  • Speak up for diversity in all capacities.
If you are committed to the above and can afford an average total of 20 hours to volunteer annually, SLT welcomes you!
